IS MC FIT A GOOD FIT FOR ME?

MC FIT programs are for anybody who wants to lose body fat, get fit, and improve their overall health and well-being. If you are looking to adopt new and healthier habits with what you put into your body, how you treat your body, movement and exercise, you’re in the right place. Most importantly, my programs are perfect for anyone is willing to work hard, make sacrifices, and who wants to make changes for the better!

  • Not necessarily. If the macros are working for you and you’re seeing result, you can keep them for awhile. You might need to adjust protein along the way or change them if your activity levels change or if your weight/measurements have held steady for longer than 3 weeks. 

  • The goal is to progress the weight over time by increasing the amount of weight you use per exercise, or even the amount of sets you hit per exercise.  Logging your weight/sets/rep via the MCFIT APP will help you get there.

  • Yes. All programs have access to the MCFIT APP for progressive overload strength training.

  • Yes, it can be for Fat Loss Phase, Reverse Diet, or Maintenance.  The goal will be for the group to be evaluated on their phase after 3 months.  

  • Because it takes at least 2 months for you to get the hang of macro tracking and start to see results happen. This isn’t a 30 day quick fix and then you stop tracking.

  • You get a monthly call to offer coaching for the group, an option to upgrade for a 30 min coaching session specific to your needs.  You get 2 days a week of coaching hours to help offer additional support.  The community inside the group via the group discussion board offers additional support

  • It’s more of a do it yourself kind of program with limited coaching.  

  • Yes, they will be updated every 6 weeks.

MCFIT LIFESTYLE MEMBERSHIP

  • It’s 7 week program that starts you off with a set of macros.  2 additional coaching sessions for macro adjustments if needed, not always necessary. Carb cycling can be added in during these times. 

  • Yes, some pop up  Q & A sessions and 3 recorded coaching calls for additional support. 

  • You can move onto 1:1 coaching if you need more support, move into the lifestyle membership, or take things on your own.

  • Yes, Progressive Overload Strength training program

MACRO METHOD GROUP COACHING

  • The absolute most support, weekly accountability check ins.  24/7 two way messaging via the MCFIT APP. 

  • All check ins are done with a personalized video check in. You get an initial call to learn about the process and talk about goals.  

  • It takes every bit of that and sometimes more to work on creating habits that will stick long term.  Results take time and this commitment is for someone weekly? It’s not necessary to adjust macros weekly, as long as the macro goals are being consistently hit and measurements are moving, we may not need to adjust them as often.

  • You get a monthly call to offer coaching for the group, an option to upgrade for a 30 min coaching session specific to your needs.  You get 2 days a week of coaching hours to help offer additional support.  The community inside the group via the group discussion board offers additional support

  • Yes, free 15 min consult call to make sure we’re a good fit
