A busy wife and mom to 3. I’ve always been in the health and fitness industry as a group fitness instructor. However, when I turned 40 everything changed.

What I had always been doing (countless hours of cardio) was no longer working.

I went on a mission to improve my sleep, energy levels, lower stress, and find workouts that worked as I aged.

Now, I’m on a mission to help other women over 40 feel their best!

At age 54, she felt like she had tried it all with no success. She felt defeated and lost when it came to her nutrition.  She thought there was no way she could change her body, especially in her 50s.

  • During the program you will not get individual 1:1 calls with me. You do have the opportunity to book a call for a client price of $39 throughout the program if you feel you need it. However, most feel supported enough with the group calls and recorded videos they receive with feedback 2x throughout the program. I am also very engaged and active on the message board for full access to me to ask any and all questions.

  • I have recently changed my coaching program to include caloric budgets and protein goals. We will discuss all macros, but when you are starting this is a great place to start.

  • Absolutely! This program is great for a reset. Even if you are a past client of mine, you can do this program over and over again!

  • I promise you it is not. I am here for you every step of the way. This is the perfect program for you if you are just starting.
