Yes, it can be for Fat Loss Phase, Reverse Diet, or Maintenance. The goal will be for the group to be evaluated on their phase after 3 months.

Because it takes at least 2 months for you to get the hang of macro tracking and start to see results happen. This isn’t a 30 day quick fix and then you stop tracking.
