What if I told you that making changes in your life didn’t have to be so drastic? And what if I told you that you didn’t need to wait for January 1st to “begin again?”
It doesn’t have to be that drastic. What if you truly let go of the timeline you had for yourself. Instead, start chipping away at little goals that will lead to even bigger ones down the road. Such as…
✔️Instead of I can’t do a workout today, what if you could make 20-30 minutes happen? Something is better than no workout at all.
✔️What if instead of saying I don’t have time for steps? You make it a challenge for how many times you’re going to go up and down the stairs in your house. Next thing you know it, you’re closer and closer to your step goal.
✔️ What if you work at a desk job or a 9-5 job with limited mobility. You decide instead of going out to eat, I’m going to pack my lunch and take my lunch hour to walk? Now you’re eating out less and also getting in more movement 💪🏻
So again, as we move into 2023, or maybe it’s a Wednesday in April! We need to learn about how impactful little changes in our life can be. They can lead us to those bigger goals we’re trying to conquer. Let go of the timelines. Let go of striving for perfection. Show up and be consistent. Chip away at little goals and bigger ones will come.
